Job summary

7-Eleven is hiring an HVAC Technician I to join our team and help keep our stores running smoothly. You’ll respond to service requests, perform repairs, and troubleshoot HVAC and refrigeration systems to ensure peak performance.

With 1+ year experience, EPA 608 certification, and a valid driver's license, you’ll work with a supportive team. We offer a sign-on bonus, comprehensive benefits, 401k, PTO, and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• 1+ years in HVAC or refrigeration repair and maintenance.
• EPA 608 Certification (Type I and II or Universal).
• Valid Driver’s License required.
• Strong problem-solving and ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Respond to service requests for HVAC, refrigeration, and other in-store equipment.
• Perform minor repairs and preventative maintenance on a wide range of systems.
• Troubleshoot, inspect, and maintain HVAC systems with up-to-date tools.
• Manage parts inventory and complete daily reports for efficiency.
• Train and mentor junior technicians while collaborating with a team.
