7-Eleven, Inc. is hiring an HVAC/R Technician I in Hampton, VA to support store maintenance across HVAC and refrigeration systems. You’ll perform repairs, preventative maintenance, and inspections, ensuring equipment runs smoothly in our in-store environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• 1+ years in HVAC or refrigeration repair and maintenance.
• EPA 608 Certification (Type I and II or Universal).

• Strong problem-solving, leadership potential, and ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Respond to service requests for HVAC, refrigeration, and other in-store equipment.
• Perform minor repairs and preventative maintenance on a wide range of systems.
• Troubleshoot, inspect, and maintain HVAC systems using the latest tools and technology.
• Manage parts inventory and complete daily reports to ensure efficiency.
• Train and mentor junior technicians while collaborating with a supportive team.
