7-Eleven is hiring an HVAC/R Technician III to keep our stores running smoothly and support the maintenance of a variety of equipment. You will lead team members, manage work orders, and ensure equipment reliability in a fast-paced retail environment.

The role requires 5+ years in HVAC or refrigeration repair, EPA 608 certification, and a valid driver's license. Sign-on bonuses, comprehensive benefits, and opportunities for growth accompany this position.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience: 5+ years in HVAC or refrigeration repair and maintenance.
• Certifications: EPA 608 (Type I and II or Universal) Certification.
• Valid Driver's License.
• Ability to lead teams, provide peer-to-peer Tech support, project/stretch assignments, and facility location ownership.

Responsibilities

• Specialist in HVAC/R repair with additional responsibilities for the maintenance and/or repair of a variety of physical plant and specialized equipment.
• This is a leadership role working with all Tech I & II positions, including training, and management of inventory, workorders, call priority, and company vehicle management.
