7-Eleven, Inc. in Charlotte, NC is hiring an HVAC/R Technician III to maintain and repair HVAC/R systems across our stores.

You will lead maintenance activities, train junior techs, manage work orders, inventory, and fleet duties while ensuring minimal downtime for critical equipment. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of HVAC/refrigeration experience, EPA 608 certification, a valid driver's license, and the ability to own a location's maintenance program.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in HVAC or refrigeration repair and maintenance.
• EPA 608 (Type I and II or Universal) certification required.
• Valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Specialist in HVAC/R repair with leadership responsibilities.
• Lead Tech I & II, train staff, manage inventory and work orders.
• Oversee call priority and company vehicle management.
• Ensure reliable operation of in-store HVAC systems.
