Lincoln Tech in Hicksville, NY is seeking an HVAC/R Technical Training Instructor to translate field expertise into teaching in a fully equipped, climate-controlled training environment.

You will guide learners through fundamentals and advanced HVAC concepts, lead hands-on labs, design engaging lessons, track progress, and prepare students for certification exams while collaborating with fellow instructors.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on HVAC Technician experience.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Strong communication, patience, and the ability to motivate diverse learners.
• Genuine passion for teaching, mentoring, and sharing know-how.

Responsibilities
