Perform maintenance, repairs, and installation of heating, cooling, ventilation and refrigeration systems to include, but not limited to ice machines, walk-in/reach-in coolers/freezers, RTUs, split systems, air handlers, exhaust fans, make-up air fans, and controls.

Must have electrical knowledge as it relates to HVAC/R equipment and controls. Ability to read electrical schematics and blueprints.

Must be able to participate on an on-call rotation for emergency service. Well versed with smart devices (Android phone and tablet) is a plus.

Service Department Reports to: Service Manager

Requirements

• Minimum 3 to 10 years of on-the-job experience
• ME Journeyman Oil Burner License (preferred)
• Valid driver's license
• EPA Universal Certification
• OSHA 10
• Willingness to continue developing skills in the trade and to participate in related coursework
• Must maintain a safe and acceptable driving record at all times
• Able to assist with office duties such as collection calls, shipping and receiving, shop maintenance and other operational duties when necessary
