Job summary

A respected HVAC services provider in Virginia seeks an experienced HVAC-R Service Technician. Responsibilities include the installation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC-R systems for commercial and industrial clients. Qualified candidates should have relevant technical education, experience, and interpersonal skills. The position offers a competitive wage of $47.55 - $50.00 per hour based on experience. Qualifications

• Completion of one or two-year HVAC technical degree program.
• Associated HVAC experience for a Journeyman.
• Valid State Driver’s license, and able to travel to customer locations.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, troubleshoot and repair HVAC-R systems for both commercial and industrial customers.
• Diagnose and repair electronic, mechanical and electrical components of systems.
• Represent the company on customer locations/sites for service work.

Skills

Working knowledge of HVAC-R equipment and techniques

Interpersonal skills

Flexibility to work varying shifts

Ability to learn and use service software

Education

Completion of an HVAC technical degree program

CFC/EPA Universal Certification
