Job summary

Nestlé USA is hiring Industrial Utilities/HVAC-R Technicians for a 3rd shift to maintain ammonia refrigeration systems, HVAC and utility equipment. On‑the‑job training and classroom support are provided to help you grow your knowledge.

Starting pay is $35.64 per hour with a $1.50 shift premium, and comprehensive benefits begin after 30 days of employment. The position supports a team‑based, safety‑driven environment at our Wisconsin facility.

Qualifications

• Ammonia refrigeration experience required.
• Minimum of 1 year manufacturing experience.
• HVAC/R experience preferred; RETA‑CARO certification preferred.
• Must be able to work in hot and cold environments; lift up to 50 lbs.
• Certification requirement: RETA‑CARO may be required within first year.

Responsibilities

• Install, service, troubleshoot and repair large HVAC/R equipment and ammonia refrigeration systems.
• Maintain logs and reports using CMMS software.
• Support safety programs and participate in emergency response teams.
