Job summary

SourcePro Search, LLC seeks an HVAC engineer to conceptualize, design, develop and implement engineering projects for commercial HVAC equipment in supermarkets, libraries, schools and office buildings in Georgia and beyond.

You will assist Sales with preliminary design, submittals and analysis of contractor specifications, perform psychrometric analysis, select components, prepare bills of materials, and provide production input for testing before shipment.

Qualifications

• Experience in HVAC system design for commercial/industrial facilities.
• Proficiency with CAD tools and engineering software.
• Ability to interpret contractor specifications and prepare BOMs.

Responsibilities

• Conceptualize, design, develop, and implement engineering projects for HVAC equipment.
• Assist Sales with preliminary design, submittals and analysis of contractor’s specifications.
• Perform psychrometric analysis of design requests.
• Use in-house software for refrigeration system balance and operation.
• Select components to achieve design and prepare bills of materials for Purchasing.
