Qualifications

Experience developing or contributing to curriculum and instructional quality.

Responsibilities

Teach HVAC courses and provide hands-on training in classroom and lab settings (minimum 20 teaching hours per week).
Mentor, support, and develop instructors to ensure high-quality instructional delivery.
Monitor student progress and provide guidance to help students achieve academic and career goals.
Collaborate with faculty and administration to maintain curriculum quality and student outcomes.
Share real-world HVAC knowledge, safety practices, troubleshooting techniques, and industry best practices.
