Job summary

Lula is seeking a 1099 HVAC Repair Pro to assist with property maintenance for rental properties across the Baltimore area. The ideal candidate will have HVAC repair experience and be prepared to work within Lula's network of service partners to keep properties in top condition.

Applicants must have General Liability Insurance, be at least 18, and adhere to Lula's onboarding requirements. Tools and materials must be provided by the contractor, and timely, respectful communication is expected.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 or older.
• Must have General Liability Insurance.
• No felonies within the past 7 years.
• Be friendly, respectful, and punctual.
• Must provide your own tools and materials.
• Must complete vendor onboarding and be approved.

Responsibilities

• Perform HVAC repairs and routine maintenance for rental properties in the Baltimore area.
