Job summary

Control Air Enterprises LLC - Northern Division is seeking a PreConstruction Manager in Anaheim, CA. You will provide engineering depth to BD, Preconstruction, and Estimating, and design HVAC layouts with limited information.

Requires 5+ years in commercial construction, strong CA code knowledge, OSHPD, and familiarity with BIM/CAD tools. Leadership and client-facing skills are essential for project success.

Qualifications

• Education: BS in Mechanical Engineering or Construction Management with licensure preferred.
• 5+ years in commercial construction consulting or design-build roles.
• Strong knowledge of CA Building Codes, ASHRAE, OSHPD and ground-up construction.
• Experience with front-end design, coordination, and client presentations.

Responsibilities

• Provide engineering depth to Business Development, Preconstruction, and Estimating divisions.
• Design / layout systems with limited information and contribute to HVAC plans.
• Review engineering drawings and front-end documents with attention to detail.
• Coordinate activities to ensure client satisfaction and project success.
• Lead or supervise engineering staff and participate in proposal development.
• Work with BIM/CAD tools (Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks, BlueBeam) on projects.
