Job summary

Haddad Plumbing & Heating Inc. is seeking an experienced Warehouse Associate to join our Newark, NJ team. You will handle receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping, while keeping the warehouse organized and efficient.

The role requires lifting up to 50 pounds and attention to detail for accurate order fulfillment. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, a sign-on bonus, and opportunities for overtime.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year warehouse/stocking experience, with plumbing or HVAC supply knowledge.
• Ability to safely lift and move up to 50 pounds and perform repetitive loading/unloading.

Responsibilities

• Load/unload delivery trucks and vendor shipments safely and accurately.
• Receive, process, and organize incoming plumbing/HVAC merchandise.
• Store materials in designated locations to maintain layout efficiency.
• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for commercial projects.
• Conduct regular inventory checks for accuracy.
• Collaborate with management to resolve stock or order discrepancies.
• Perform any other tasks assigned by the manager.
