Training is available for motivated entrants, with starting pay between $30.00 and $40.00 per hour depending on experience and licenses.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or certification preferred.
• HVAC certification and/or Journeyman Plumber License is preferred; will train motivated entry-level candidates.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems for homes and businesses.
• Troubleshoot and repair plumbing systems including water heaters, drains, pipes, and fixtures.
• Read and understand blueprints and technical drawings.
• Perform routine maintenance on heating, cooling, and plumbing systems.
• Respond to service calls professionally and promptly.
• Keep tools and equipment in working order.
• Follow safety protocols and meet all codes and regulations.
• Accurately document your work and repairs.
