Qualifications

• Must have 3+ years of hands-on field experience in HVAC construction.
• License as a Journeyman is required for state compliance.
• Must possess a valid driver's license and good driving record.

Responsibilities

• Support HVAC construction jobs by reading and interpreting blueprints.
• Assist the Construction foreman as needed.
• Coordinate job schedules and material costs.
• Ensure safety compliance and oversee work activities.

Skills

3+ years experience in commercial HVAC construction

Ability to read blueprints

Knowledge of refrigeration systems

Mechanical skills

Ability to use hand and power tools

Education

High school diploma or GED

License as a Journeyman
