Job summary

RAE Corporation is hiring a Century Piper to mount major components and install interconnecting piping for HVAC and refrigeration equipment. You will solder connections, perform pressure tests, and verify all assemblies meet engineering specs, quality standards, and safety requirements in a production setting.

Responsibilities include reading drawings, following work instructions and bills of materials, and maintaining accurate labor records while supporting team goals in a fast-paced factory

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Ability to read and follow directions accurately.
• Proficient communication and listening skills.

Responsibilities

• Assemble units by reading drawings and bills of materials.
• Mount components and install piping systems per specifications.
• Perform soldering and pressure testing to verify system integrity.
• Inspect work to ensure compliance with quality standards and safety.
• Record time and labor accurately for payroll and costing.
• Maintain tools and equipment in good condition and report issues.
