Job summary

Precise Heating, Air & Electrical serves residential, commercial, and industrial customers across Arkansas, including Batesville, Jonesboro, and Northwest Arkansas. Our team performs hands-on diagnostic work, repairs, preventative maintenance, and full system installations across heating, cooling, plumbing, and electrical systems.

Technicians work on all major brands and equipment, including furnaces, AC units, heat pumps, mini-splits, and water heaters.

Qualifications

• Strong technical skills and problem-solving ability.

Responsibilities

• Team Management: Assigns daily tasks, trains new workers, and handles performance reviews.
• Maintenance Planning: Runs preventive maintenance programs.
• Troubleshooting: Helps technicians find complex problems in big systems like chillers, boilers, and building controls.
• Safety & Compliance: Enforces rules like OSHA guidelines and EPA laws for handling gases.
• Inventory Control: Orders tools and parts so the team always has what they need.
