Job summary

CWS Environmental Air Systems is seeking skilled trade professionals for permanent, full-time roles in our High Point, NC facility. No travel is required. The position requires ability to speak and read English or Spanish, read a tape measure, and perform layout and material handling tasks with power tools.

Safety is a priority in a fast-paced team environment. Construction experience is preferred; welding experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Read a tape measure.
• Read blueprints (preferred).
• Layout work as part of assembly.
• Handle material safely and efficiently.
• Use various power tools (e.g., circular saw, drill).
• Work safely and follow all rules and policies.
• Operate in a fast-paced team environment.

Responsibilities

• Speak and read English or Spanish to perform duties.
• Read a tape measurer to verify dimensions.
• Read blue prints (preferred) for layout and fabrication.
• Perform layout and material handling tasks.
• Operate power tools and equipment.
• Adhere to safety rules and maintain a safe work area.
