Westover Companies in Montgomery County, PA seeks an HVAC Mechanical Specialist to install, service, and repair boilers, water heaters, and related equipment. This role requires safe operation of mechanical systems and adherence to codes.

Travel across the tri-state area is required; there is a $1000 sign-on bonus and a comprehensive benefits package. Overtime may be available and a flexible schedule is offered.

Qualifications

• Ability to follow detailed safety instructions and guidelines.
• Basic understanding of mechanical systems and common tools.
• Physical capability to lift and move heavy equipment safely.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to HVAC tasks.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work.
• Reliable transportation; valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Assist in servicing and maintaining boilers and related equipment.
• Change and install commercial water heaters and indirect storage tanks.
• Replace corroded piping and valves to maintain system integrity.
• Safely change and install gas lines on mechanical equipment.
• Diagnose and help resolve mechanical equipment failures.
• Follow International Mechanical Code and company standards.
• Adhere to safety protocols and proper handling of equipment.
• Move and position storage tanks safely using approved methods.
• Collaborate with HVAC division for cross-functional tasks.
• Follow directions from supervisor and work well in a team.
