A regional mechanical services firm is seeking a Project Manager to oversee HVAC and plumbing projects in Lima, OH. Qualifications

• 5+ years of Project Management experience in commercial plumbing and/or HVAC.
• Knowledge of Ohio’s construction market with experience in healthcare, institutional, or government facilities.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to job sites throughout West Central/Northwest Ohio.

Responsibilities

• Lead HVAC, plumbing, and mechanical projects from kickoff through completion.
• Serve as the main liaison between the company and clients, engineers, or GCs.
• Monitor budgets, job costs, and margin performance.
