Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• 5+ years of HVAC design experience.
• Proficiency with Revit; EIT preferred.
• Excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Meet with clients' representatives to define project requirements and preferences.
• Design and analyze HVAC systems to meet codes and standards.
• Verify compliance with local and national codes and company standards.
• Conduct predesign site visits to survey existing conditions and prepare preliminary drawings.
• Develop contract documents for construction and obtain necessary approvals.
• Review submittals to verify conformance with contract documents.
• Conduct site observations to verify conformance with contract documents and building codes.
• Additional duties may include designing plumbing and fire safety systems.
