Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or higher degree in Mechanical or Architectural Engineering; or relevant technical degree and experience
• Over 3 years of professional experience in mechanical (HVAC) building design
• Proficiency in AutoCAD MEP and HVAC load calculation/modeling software like Trane Trace or Carrier HAP
• PE License preferred, or willingness to attain
• Strong passion for sustainability and innovation in design
• Experience with Revit and LEED Accreditation are pluses
• Strong communication skills and Microsoft Office proficiency
• Valid US driver's license and ability to access construction sites
