Job summary

Kelso Industries seeks a Project Manager to lead on-site coordination of HVAC, mechanical, and electrical construction with subcontractors. You will ensure schedules are met, quality is upheld, and profitability is maintained while building strong client relationships.

The role requires 5+ years in construction/project management, a BS in CM or related field, knowledge of HVAC systems, and proficiency with construction software. Travel and OSHA 30 are preferred and may be required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management or construction management experience.
• Knowledge of HVAC and piping systems, building products, and safety/quality standards.
• Familiarity with construction management software and strong computer skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and communicate clearly.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate mechanical construction projects from conception to completion.
• Maintain project schedules, budgets, and profitability while ensuring client satisfaction.
• Order materials/equipment, issue subcontracts, and manage RFIs and change orders.
• Ensure safety, quality, and regulatory compliance on the jobsite.
• Communicate with customers, owners, subcontractors, and field staff.
