Reporting to the Facility Maintenance Supervisor, this position is responsible for providing journey level work in the areas of Heating/Air Conditioning, Refrigeration, Hot Water Supply, Plumbing, and Food Service Equipment. Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

To qualify, applicants must document on the application that they possess ALL of the following:
High school or GED diploma and three years of experience in installation, maintenance, or repair of air conditioning systems, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Necessary Special Qualifications: Current EPA certification as a Type I, II, III, or Universal technician as required by Title 40, CFR part 82, subpart F.
