Beutler Air Conditioning & Plumbing is seeking HVAC Maintenance Technicians to join our team. We have daily service calls through our marketing efforts and strong alliance partners, offering stable, year-round work.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of one year of residential HVAC service experience preferred.
• EPA Certification required.
• Attention to detail.
• Valid driver's license, excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to lift or carry heavy objects up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to pass background check, drug screen and MVR check.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and address customers' HVAC concerns and present options.
• Perform service repairs to customer satisfaction.
• Follow proper diagnostic procedures when servicing and repairing equipment.
• Acquire necessary tools to perform professional HVAC service.
• Complete documentation on services, explain guarantees/warranties and collect fees.
• Attend weekly training meetings.
