Job summary

Southern Home Services is seeking an HVAC Maintenance Technician to join our Raleigh team. You will clean, adjust and repair HVAC systems, perform routine service, and deliver a top-notch customer experience to homeowners.

This non-exempt, full-time role requires EPA certification, a valid driver’s license, and at least 1 year of residential HVAC experience. We offer weekly pay, benefits, and a company vehicle where applicable.

Qualifications

• EPA Certification is required.
• 1+ year of residential HVAC experience.
• Valid Driver's License with at least 3 years of driving experience.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to lift 50–100 pounds and work in varied environments.

Responsibilities

• Clean, adjust and repair HVAC systems—air handling units, ductwork, vents, condensation drainage.
• Perform routine service work on HVAC systems.
• Provide a top-notch customer experience and effectively communicate to homeowners.
• Additional duties as assigned.
