Job Details
  • Location: Las Vegas, NV
  • Pay: $23.00 – $28.00 per hour (actual pay based on experience and certifications)
  • Employment type: Full‑time

Your Role

You will be the go‑to expert for heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems across the property. Your primary duties include diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining HVAC equipment, and applying your broad maintenance skills to plumbing, electrical, and general repairs. The position requires responding to after‑hours on‑call maintenance emergencies on a rotating schedule.

Key Responsibilities
  • Install, troubleshoot, repair, and perform preventative maintenance on all HVAC systems, including handling refrigerants.
  • Perform skilled repairs in plumbing (unclogging drains, fixing leaks) and electrical (replacing fixtures, switches).
  • Respond to resident work orders efficiently and professionally, ensuring high satisfaction.
  • Conduct routine inspections of buildings and mechanical equipment, making proactive repairs and preparing apartment units for new residents.
Qualifications
  • Valid HVAC Certification
  • EPA Universal Certification
Required Experience & Skills
  • 1–2 years of hands‑on experience as an HVAC technician.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

  • Advanced knowledge of HVAC systems and strong skills in general maintenance, including plumbing and electrical.
