All Pro Plumbing Heating Air & Electric is seeking motivated HVAC-ready individuals to learn and grow with a company that invests in its employees. No extensive HVAC experience required; training is provided.

You will perform maintenance, inspections, and servicing of residential systems, while assisting senior technicians and ensuring excellent customer service in customers' homes.

Competenze

• HVAC schooling or training completed.

• Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• Valid driver's license with clean record.
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and work in varying weather.

What You'll Do

• Perform preventative maintenance on residential HVAC systems

• Assist senior technicians with repairs and installations

• Follow all safety procedures and company standards

Pay Transparency:

The starting rate for this opportunity ranges from $50k-$100K annually. The actual base pay is dependent upon many factors, such as training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs, and market demands. Other rewards may include incentive plan opportunities and annual bonus eligibility.
