Job summary

Champion Comfort Experts is hiring an HVAC Maintenance Technician in the United States. You will inspect, maintain, and repair residential HVAC systems, aiming to improve performance and energy efficiency while ensuring safety and reliability.

The role requires at least 1 year of residential HVAC experience, solid customer service and sales skills, and the ability to manage vehicle and inventory. Comprehensive benefits and opportunities for growth are provided.

Qualifications

• 1 year of residential HVAC service experience minimum.
• Basic knowledge of HVAC codes and safety procedures.
• Experience managing a fleet vehicle and product inventory.
• Sales and customer service experience required.
• Must pass motor vehicle, background check and drug screen.
• Strong customer service, honesty and dependability.
• Physical dexterity and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and troubleshoot HVAC systems to identify issues and repairs.
• Perform routine maintenance: cleaning, lubricating and parts replacement.
• Test system performance and efficiency with tools.
• Install, repair, or replace defective HVAC components.
• Identify upgrades to boost performance and energy efficiency.
• Keep accurate maintenance and repair records.
• Follow safety regulations while working on HVAC systems.

What YOU Will Do:

• Inspect and troubleshoot HVAC systems to identify issues and determine necessary repairs

What We Need from YOU:
