Summers Plumbing Heating & Cooling in Fort Wayne, IN is seeking a Maintenance Technician to keep residential HVAC systems running safely and efficiently. You will build trust with customers through quality service and preventive care, assisting with installations, inspections, and repairs.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift and maneuver equipment up to 25 lbs.
• Ability to crawl, climb, kneel, squat, bend and reach overhead.
• Ability to climb and work on ladders.
• Ability to use hand and power tools.
• Drug testing, background checks and valid driver's license are conditions of employment.

Responsibilities

• Communicate professionally with customers, office staff and coworkers.
• Be thorough in inspections, and accurate in quoting replacements or repairs.
• Complete proposed work as quoted.
• Participate in on-call assignments and back-up as required.
• Attend required staff meetings and training sessions.
• Maintain a positive, professional and friendly work environment.
• Work efficiently and follow company policies and procedures.
• Other duties as assigned.
