Job Description

We are seeking a full time HVAC Maintenance Technician. The HVAC Maintenance Technician is responsible for servicing and maintaining heating and cooling systems for residential customers. Must communicate effectively with customers and vendors.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform annual maintenance checks
• Diagnose, repair and maintain HVAC systems including air conditioners, heat pumps and furnaces
• Maintain company vehicle, tools and equipment; keep vehicle organized, clean and properly stocked
• Complete necessary paperwork for each job
• Accept payments at the completion of each job
• Clean up work area after each job
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• HVAC certification and/or associate's degree in HVAC
• EPA Universal certification
• 1-3 years of experience in HVAC maintenance
• Strong understanding of HVAC systems, tools and equipment
• Valid driver's license
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in tight spaces or elevated areas
• Optional - NATE certification
• Must be able to speak, read, and write in English
