Job summary

Commercial HVAC Service & Facility Management is seeking an HVAC Maintenance Technician to join our team. This role performs daily inspections, maintains and repairs building HVAC systems, and coordinates with third-party contractors for non-HVAC issues.

You will be the first point of contact for after-hours calls and property manager concerns, ensuring safety and cleanliness of the facility. Ideal candidates have strong customer service skills, ability to process work orders promptly, and solid

Qualifications

• Strong customer service skills to effectively communicate with property management to address their concerns and needs.
• Ability to complete work orders on a timely basis.
• Ability to troubleshoot and diagnose HVAC, plumbing, and electrical problems.
• Ability to perform minor HVAC, plumbing, and electrical repairs as needed.
• Ability to analyze complex problems and work with our Service Department staff to develop effective solutions.
• Knowledge of building maintenance procedures and best practices.
• Familiarity with various tools, equipment, and materials used in building maintenance.
