Job summary

Tipping Hat in Denver, CO is seeking an HVAC Maintenance Technician to diagnose and repair residential HVAC systems and present options to customers. On-site work, ongoing training, and a pay range reflecting experience are offered.

You will perform service repairs, follow diagnostic procedures, acquire required tools, document services, and participate in weekly training meetings. A high school diploma, EPA certificate, and clean driving record are preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of one year experience in residential HVAC service preferred.
• EPA Certificate required.
• Attention to detail and strong communication skills.
• Valid driver's license and ability to pass background checks and MVR.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and address the customer's HVAC concerns and present options to customers
• Successfully perform all service repairs at a high proficiency level to customer satisfaction.
• Understand and follow proper diagnostic procedures when servicing and repairing equipment
• Acquire necessary tools to perform professional HVAC service
• Completes all required documentation on services, explains guarantees/warranties and collects, records and delivers fees to the office
• Attend weekly training meetings
