Landings Real Estate Group in Jacksonville, FL is seeking a Maintenance Trades & HVAC Technician to service our apartment communities and keep systems running at peak performance.

You will perform HVAC installs, repairs, and preventative maintenance, handle apartment turns with carpentry and trim, and troubleshoot across multiple trades. EPA certification is required; NATE is preferred. 3+ years of multi-family experience were expected; benefits are included.

Qualifications

• EPA Certification is required.
• NATE certification is preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; trade schooling is a plus.
• 3+ years of multi-family maintenance or residential HVAC experience.
• Must have valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Able to read and follow instructions and communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems and equipment.
• Ensure service work meets company standards and local code requirements.
• Complete apartment turns with carpentry and trim work.
• Complete work orders promptly and accurately, with a typical 24-hour turnaround.
• Participate in a rotating emergency on-call schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Support seasonal property needs, and other operational tasks.
