Qualifications

HVAC Lead Service Technician / Apprentice – Renton/Newcastle/Bellevue, WA

Responsibilities
  • Troubleshoot, repair, and install residential HVAC systems (furnaces, heat pumps, A/Cs, ductless mini splits)
  • Perform preventive maintenance and complete service documentation
  • Educate customers on service options, upgrades, and long-term solutions
  • Maintain company vehicle, tools, parts inventory, and safety gear
  • Represent the company with professionalism and excellent communication
Requirements
  • 2+ years’ experience as an HVAC Technician
  • EPA Universal Certification (Required)
  • Valid WA driver’s license with a clean driving record
  • Great communication and sales skills (commissions available)
  • Able to lift 50+ lbs., climb ladders, and work in crawl spaces
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Compensation & Perks
  • Full-time $24-$50/HR + Commission (Potential $80-$150k+)
