Job summary
Bolls Heating & Cooling in Indianapolis, IN, an Ace Hardware Home Services Company, is seeking an HVAC Lead Installer to manage residential and light commercial installation projects from start to finish.
You will install equipment and gas lines, troubleshoot field issues, and ensure compliance with codes, manufacturer specs, and safety requirements while maintaining detailed logs and representing superior service to customers.
Qualifications
- 3-5 years residential HVAC installation experience preferred.
- EPA Universal Certification preferred.
- Valid Driver’s License with clean MVR.
- Leading installation projects and mentoring less experienced technicians.
- Advanced knowledge of duct design, airflow, and system performance.
Responsibilities
- Lead residential and light commercial HVAC installation projects from start to finish.
- Install HVAC equipment and gas lines in residential/light commercial settings without supervision.
- Troubleshoot installation challenges in the field with minimal supervision.
- Ensure work complies with manufacturer specs, local codes, and safety requirements.
- Maintain accurate logs of all work performed and support customer service.
