Beutler Air Conditioning & Plumbing is hiring for a full-time HVAC Installer. The role involves disassembling old units, installing and starting up new residential HVAC systems, and guiding a helper through each installation with professionalism and efficiency.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of residential HVAC installation experience, can troubleshoot systems, understands local codes, and holds EPA certification or is willing to obtain it. A valid license is required.

Responsibilities

Disassemble and remove outdated HVAC systems, then install, start up, and troubleshoot new residential HVAC systems. Lead each install with the support of an assigned helper and operate with professionalism, precision, and efficiency.

Qualifications

What You Need:

• At least 3 years of residential HVAC installation/warranty experience

• Comfortable leading installs with a helper assigned

• Be able to troubleshoot HVAC systems

• Working knowledge of local inspection codes

• EPA certification (or willingness to obtain)

• Ability to lift heavy equipment and access attics/crawlspaces

• Strong communication and customer service skills

• Must pass background check and drug screen

• Valid driver’s license with good driving record
