What You’ll Be Doing

As a Residential HVAC Installer, you’ll handle full system replacements and upgrades in homes across Central Indiana. You’ll take ownership of your installs — not just "get them done," but get them right.

• Install heating and cooling systems: furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, ductless mini-splits, etc.
• Collaborate with sales and design to understand scope, layout, and customer needs
• Complete high-quality installs to code, with craftsmanship you’re proud to put your name on
• Run full start-up and commissioning checks before you leave the site
• Keep job sites clean and communicate clearly with homeowners
• Work alongside helpers and team leads to finish jobs efficiently and safely

• 2+ years of HVAC installation experience (residential systems)
• EPA 608 Certification (Universal preferred)

• A valid driver’s license and clean driving record
