Job summary

Davison Heating & Cooling, Inc. is seeking a Lead HVAC Installer to join our on-site installation team in Michigan. You will install equipment per safety standards and manufacturer specs, pre-measure sites, and document jobs accurately.

Expect 2–5 years of lead install experience, strong customer communication, and a valid driver’s license. We offer substantial earning potential with hourly pay, uncapped commissions, and a sign-on bonus.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of LEAD HVAC Install experience required.
• Ability to communicate and present to customers.
• HVAC degree or equivalent field experience with certification from a technical/trade school.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to handle heavy equipment and work outdoors.

Responsibilities

• Install HVAC equipment according to safety requirements, standards and specs.
• Maintain high customer satisfaction by addressing questions and issues.
• Pre-measure job sites to prepare for installation.
• Properly connect equipment.
• Document all calls and jobs as required by the company.

Looking to TRADE up to a better opportunity in the HVAC field? Davison Heating and Cooling is looking to build an industry leading team with talented Lead Installers.

Pay:$25.00 - $40.00+/hour

(Hourly + Uncapped Commission)

(Sign-On up to $2.5K)

What You Will Do:

• Install HVAC equipment according to safety requirements, company standards, and manufacturer specifications
• Maintain high customer satisfaction by addressing any questions, concerns, or issues the client may have
• Pre-measure job sites in order to properly prepare for installation
• Properly connect equipment
• Properly and efficiently document all calls/jobs to the company's requirements

What You Will Bring:
