Qualifications

• 2-5 years of lead HVAC installation experience.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• HVAC degree or equivalent field experience with technical/trade school certification.
• Valid driver's license.
• Ability to safely handle heavy equipment.
• Ability to work outdoors in varying conditions.

Responsibilities

• Install HVAC equipment according to safety requirements, company standards, and manufacturer specifications.
• Maintain high customer satisfaction by addressing customer questions, concerns, and issues.
• Pre-measure job sites to properly prepare for installations.
• Properly connect and test equipment.
• Accurately and efficiently document all calls and jobs according to company requirements.
