Waychoff's Air Conditioning in Jacksonville, FL is hiring an HVAC Install Technician. We offer flexible shifts including 5/4 with three-day weekends, Mon-Fri 8-6, Tue-Sat 8-6, or four 10-hour shifts with three days off – and we provide a $3,000 sign-on bonus to join our team.

Expect paid training and a comprehensive benefits package (medical, dental, vision, 401K). Annual pay ranges from $60,000 to $90,000, with on-site support from our field supervisor team and full uniform kit supplied.
