Advanced Comfort Solutions (ACSI) is seeking an experienced Journeyman HVAC Service Technician to join our Home Services team in Cheyenne, WY. You will diagnose, repair, and service a wide range of residential and commercial HVAC systems while delivering exceptional customer service.

The role requires strong troubleshooting skills, the ability to manage a daily schedule independently, and a willingness to participate in rotating on-call coverage, including after-hours and weekends.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to diagnose and repair residential and commercial HVAC systems.
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills across furnaces, ACs, heat pumps, and related equipment.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills, with ability to explain issues clearly.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair residential and commercial HVAC systems.
• Perform service and repair on furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, rooftop units, and related equipment.
• Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, refrigeration, and control system issues.
• Explain system issues and repair options to customers in a clear, professional manner.
• Maintain accurate job notes and documentation.
