Qualifications

• 4+ years of proven experience in new construction HVAC, preferably multi-family.
• Must pass an on-the-job HVAC skills test.
• Ability to communicate effectively and adapt to construction environments.

Responsibilities

• Install duct work, line sets, and thermostats.
• Train and teach apprentices at a 3:1 ratio.
• Participate in safety discussions and adhere to safety practices.

Skills

Experience in heat pumps, RTUs

Duct work expertise

Communication with Superintendent

Ability to lift up to 100 pounds

Education
