The ideal candidate has 5+ years of field experience, holds a KY Journeyman license, and can read blueprints. Full-time, on-site work with potential on-call responsibilities, company vehicle provided, and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of HVAC field experience.
• Current KY HVAC Journeyman License (Required).
• Strong understanding of HVAC systems, tools, and practices.
• Ability to work independently and within a team.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems in residential and commercial settings.
• Ensure systems function properly and meet code requirements.
• Read and interpret blueprints, technical manuals, and schematics.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment at all job sites.
• Communicate clearly with clients and team members.
• Participate in on-call and emergency repair work as needed.
• Complete documentation and reporting accurately.
