American Rooter & Drain in Caldwell, ID is seeking an HVAC Journeyman to install, service, repair, and replace residential and commercial systems while delivering exceptional customer service. This role diagnoses issues, recommends solutions, mentors apprentices, and ensures work safety and compliance with codes.

You will use ServiceTitan for work orders and maintain strong communication with customers. Compensation includes $28–$35 per hour, full-time schedule Monday–Friday, with a $1000

Qualifications

• Strong technical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams, installation instructions, and safety procedures.
• Excellent communication skills with customers, coworkers, and management.

Responsabilités

• Diagnose HVAC system issues and recommend repair or replacement options.
• Install, service, maintain, and repair heating, cooling, and ventilation systems.
• Mentor apprentices and assist in training entry-level technicians.
• Maintain accurate work orders, estimates, invoices, and service notes in ServiceTitan.
• Follow safety policies and EPA requirements.
