Job summary

Union Depot is seeking a Commercial HVAC Service Technician Journeyman to maintain, repair and install HVAC and refrigeration equipment as assigned, including controls and chilled water systems.

You will work on boilers, package units up to 130 tons, split systems and other mechanical, electrical and building systems to meet ABM client expectations.

• Ensure operations meet ABM client expectations and safety standards.

Job description

The Commercial HVAC Service Technician Journeyman performs maintenance, repairs and installation of assigned HVAC and refrigeration equipment. This includes controls, chilled water systems, boilers, package units up to 130 tons, split systems and various other mechanical, electrical and building systems in accordance with ABM client expectations and requests.
