Job summary

Blue Cliff College seeks an HVAC Instructor to provide quality instruction in classroom and laboratory settings within the HVAC program. The role ensures students gain knowledge, skills, and professional behaviors for entry-level HVAC employment.

Responsibilities include delivering demonstrations, organizing courses, assessing student progress, and supporting student success through collaboration with services and faculty. A certification and experience in HVAC are required.

Qualifications

• Must be a certified HVAC Technician (EPA, NATE)
• Associate degree preferred
• Minimum of three (3) years of related work experience in HVAC
• Some level of teaching or training experience is preferred but not required

Responsibilities

• Performs program outlines and follows curriculum guidelines.
• Organizes practical and technical instruction with demonstrations and lectures.
• Instructs students on safe tool operation and HVAC codes.
• Maintains student records and attends meetings.
• Advices students on academic and attendance issues.
