Charter College in Anchorage, AK is seeking a full-time HVAC instructor to lead lectures, labs and clinical instruction in our HVAC program on campus. The role requires engaging teaching, coordination with program staff, and hands-on supervision of equipment.

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of field HVAC experience, with certification preferred, and be prepared to relocate or reside near Anchorage. We offer a comprehensive benefits package and a salaried Exempt position.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and provide all lecture, laboratory and clinical instruction according to curriculum.
• Follow course outlines and evaluation mechanisms; develop as needed.
• Maintain a daily lesson plan and oversee attendance and retention.
• Grade assignments and provide timely feedback to students.
• Offer educational assistance during office hours or by appointment.
• Advise students on policies and performance with the Dean of Education.
• Monitor inventory of equipment and supplies; ensure secure facilities.
