Job summary

Northbridge University in Lakeland, FL is seeking an HVAC Adjunct Instructor for the Lakeland Campus on a part-time basis. The successful candidate will hold an HVACR diploma or equivalent and bring hands-on industry experience to the classroom.

You will manage course materials in the LMS, deliver engaging lessons, and assess student progress. Teaching or training experience is preferred, and background checks will be conducted as part of the hire process.

• Non-Degree Diploma Transcript demonstrating completion or Technical Degree or Diploma in HVACR
• 1 year or more of work experience as demonstrated in the resume.
• Three years of successful job experience directly related to the subjects taught and/or certification or licensure.
• Completed a post-secondary training
• One year of work experience at minimum
• If formal education documentation isn’t available a minimum of 3 years of work experience in a residential, commercial, or industrial service or installation position is required.
• Prior teaching or training experience preferred.
• Must be computer literate in order to maintain and manage the course documents within the learning management system and also educational resources.
