Job summary

Eagle Pipe Heating & Air in Puget Sound is seeking an experienced HVAC professional for a hybrid role across installation and service on residential and light commercial systems. You’ll troubleshoot, repair, and maintain equipment while supporting installation projects as needed.

The ideal candidate has EPA 608 certification, 3+ years of HVAC experience, strong diagnostic skills, and the ability to work independently. Expect clear customer communication and a commitment to high-quality work.

Qualifications

  • EPA Section 608 Certification required.
  • 3+ years of professional HVAC experience in installation, service, or a combination of both.
  • Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
  • Experience installing and servicing residential HVAC systems.
  • Ability to work across both service calls and installation projects.
  • Commercial HVAC experience preferred.
  • Working knowledge of furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, ductless systems, and related HVAC equipment.
  • Ability to work independently and make sound decisions in the field.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
  • A dependable, no-nonsense attitude and a commitment to doing the job right.

Responsibilities

  • Perform HVAC service, maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on residential and light commercial systems.
  • Install and replace HVAC equipment, including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and related components.
  • Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and airflow issues to identify the right solution.
  • Support both installation and service work based on company and customer needs.
  • Work on light commercial projects when needed, including diagnosing and servicing commercial HVAC equipment.
  • Communicate clearly with customers about system issues, recommendations, and completed work.
  • Maintain accurate job documentation, service records, and materials information.
  • Work independently in the field while collaborating with the Eagle Pipe team to keep jobs moving.
  • Deliver quality work that meets code, manufacturer specifications, and Eagle Pipe's standards.
  • Represent Eagle Pipe with professionalism on every call and every job.

Job description

Eagle Pipe Heating & Air | Full-Time

We're looking for an experienced HVAC professional who is comfortable working across both installation and service. This is a hybrid role for someone who can troubleshoot, repair, and maintain HVAC systems while also stepping in on residential and light commercial installation projects. What You Bring
  • EPA Section 608 Certification required
